Online Booking Terms:-

Although you may book online your tour / services through our website to provide our tourism and facilitate the online booking services, we or software can not provide any guarantee or warranty regarding the website booking engine network errors, including may worsen due to the well-known reasons

If you are signing on behalf of more than one person, then it will be deemed that the signatories thus signed on behalf of the participants of the tour, and accordingly it shall be deemed that those participants signed the booking documents.

Cancellation Of Booking By You
Do you want to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. Such information, we will only be given from the date of receipt of your letter, because we can only act on the receipt. Please provide a reason for its cancellation because it may be covered under your insurance policy. Claims should be directed directly to your insurance company. Cancellation charge will apply the following cancellation due to even ground and airfare package. You understand and acknowledge that there is a realistic estimate of the damage to these charges will suffer due to cancel us. For packages:When a cancellation is made, Cancellation charges per person are-
Before the departure date of the trip or 30 days within a set time limit for payment of outstanding travel costs or earlier- 20% of the Tour Cost
15-29 days prior to the date of departure of the tour- 50% of the Tour Cost
14 to 07 working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour- 75% of the Tour Cost
Less than 06 working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour- 100% of Tour Cost

NOTE: Apart from this in the case of third party products, the rules relating to cancellation and the cancellation schedule prescribed by the concerned third party service provider would be applicable.

It may also be due to the inability to attend for any reason, including a clear understanding of the purpose of this section of cancellation for any reason of illness, death, court orders, travel documents is available between the parties. If you want to cancel your booking, you must inform us of the following methods so, provided that this information should be given within hours of work on a working day on by email.

Liabilities & limitations
Please note that after the finalization of the tour/service cost, if there are any hikes in entrance fees of monuments/museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges by the Govt. of India, the same would be charged as extra.

rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of such change – the rates quoted by us before modification can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or airlines. shall be under no liability for any changes to its programs or expenses incurred as a result of natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, breakdowns of machinery or equipment, breakdowns of transport, weather, sicknesses, landslides, political closures, acts of God, perils incident to the sea (floods), fires, acts of government or any other authorities, wars or civil disturbances. shall also be under no liability for special/consequential loss, injury and damage directly or indirectly caused by any other causes beyond its control including defaults in payment and additional expenses incurred by the client as a result of these causes.

We-shall not be responsible and shall not accept any liability towards the Clients or his/her legal representative for any loss of property or damages resulting from death or injuries including loss of services which the Clients may sustain on account of act, negligence or default by any transportation Company, hotel agents or any other body of persons, its agents or service providers providing such services or facilities or arising out of or while engaged in any tour, means of transportation or other services, whether due to ownership, maintenance, use, operation or control of any automobile, bicycle, boat, motor, or other vehicle in a common carrier or otherwise and whether due to its or their negligence or otherwise or regardless of how caused.

Clients using sporting equipment, bicycles, sailing boats, scuba diving gear, hired or supplied by hotels or rental bodies shall do so at their own risk. do not offer any travel insurance policy/benefits covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons during the trip. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country by the authorized travel insurance providers. All baggage & personal property/s at all times are at the client’s risk

 Assistance On Tour

We know that you’re going to have a great time on your tour. In fact, we’re so sure of it that we’re offering you a full refund if it’s not up to par.

But before you accept our offer, let us make sure that you are aware of all of your rights when it comes to tour cancellations and refunds. No matter what happens, you should be able to get a refund because the service was provided by an independent contractor—not by the company itself.

You can cancel within 7 days of booking your tour with no penalty or fees (you will still be responsible for any cost associated with booking your hotel and travel). We won’t charge you a cancellation fee if you cancel more than 7 days before departure date or if there is weather-related reason beyond our control. The only exception is if there were extenuating circumstances that prevented us from providing services as specified in the contract (e.g., illness or injury). In this case, we’ll provide a full refund for services already rendered within 30 days of booking.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
On behalf of the persons booked, I / We have read, understood and accepted the Terms and Conditions, Price, Itinerary, Cancellation policy, a copy of each of which has been furnished to me / us. I / We being duly authorized by the said persons do hereby agree and accept the same for self and on behalf of the said persons assuming full responsibility. Customer’s payment made for the services according to the invoice attached at the beginning of this document implies clear acknowledgement & agreement of the terms & conditions above.
